If you're an experienced land surveyor itching to step into a leadership role, this is your dream job. You'll be a whiz with traditional land survey techniques, UAV surveys, point cloud data, and 3D earthworks modelling. Plus, you'll be managing a small team of Geomatics Consultants (CAA UAV Pilots & 3D modellers).
We're looking for someone with a sharp eye for detail, a passion for precision, and a drive to be part of our leadership team. You'll be working closely with colleagues across the group and company Directors to grow the Geomatics department's turnover and profits through business development.
What you'll bring to the table:
- A land surveying/geomatics degree (ideally 2:1 or higher)
- Expertise in geospatial analysis, mapping, and traditional land surveying fieldwork
- Proven experience in managing geospatial projects, outputs and teams
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of photogrammetry and LiDAR processing software
- Experience of 3D earthworks modelling software.
- A passion for developing new business and supporting the team's professional development
